I was overweight, and exhausted and was so unhappy with that woman in the mirror.
Once I began to workout, I developed strength I didn’t know I had.
I also began to develop an actual love for myself ...
and felt proud for all I was accomplishing.
It really iseasier (even though I know it’s hard) to do something about changing how you feel about yourself than to sit there and think of all the things you hate about yourself.
I promise your life will change when you do. ❤️❤️😘
