Technique sessions are a new type of training assigned by your Coach to make you focus on movement quality instead of speed. Low repetition numbers. No timer. Maximum concentration on your execution. Evenfor experienced Free Athletes, technique sessions are crucial for continuous development. You may think you’ve got the standard exercises like burpees and squats down, but unless you regularly check your technique and try to improve it, we wouldn’t be so sure. Even the moststraightforward exercise requires skill and practice. And like professional athletes, practicing technique should be top of your to-do-list.

Interesting fact: While you learn from the Coach, the Coach also learns fromyou.
